Product Description: 3020, 3021, 3022 is made of wood cellulose fiber paper immersed in modified phenolic resin by drying, hot pressing. This series of products have high electrical insulation properties and are suitable for use as insulating structural components in motors and electrical equipment that require high dielectric properties and can be used in transformer oils. The insulation resistance of this series of products is E grade. Technical index: It should meet the requirements of JB/T149.1-2000 standard
Experimental methods: (1) Determination of appearance: visual observation and evaluation. (2) Length and Width Measure three points with a dividing rule of 1mm ruler or a tape measure and take the average value. (3) Determination of various technical indicators in the table: According to GB/T5130 implementation. Application Tips: Reference work process: When performing various mechanical processing on laminates, consideration should be given to the laminate’s strong directionality, easy delamination, chipping and fuzzing, poor thermal conductivity, easy heating during cutting, small thermal expansion coefficient, and large plastic deformation. Such characteristics, can not copy the metal cutting processing method, but should be according to JB/Z141 “insulation laminated products mechanical processing method” to adjust the processing technology, improve the quality of the workpiece.
Matters needing attention: (1) Phenolic resins used in various phenolic laminates are made by condensation reaction. The moisture generated in the curing process cannot be completely eliminated, that is, the laminates will inevitably have a small amount of residual moisture when heated. When the volume expands, the expansion force of the gaseous water is greater than the adhesion force of the layer, so that cracks, bubbles, etc. occur in the plate. When the laminate is heated, lower temperatures are used as much as possible to ensure the quality of the workpiece. (2) Phenolic laminates are susceptible to moisture deformation and the workpieces are preferably impregnated with insulating paint for moisture protection. Store in a dry, well-ventilated environment during storage. Storage period is 1 year.
