3240 Epoxy Phenolic glass cloth laminated sheet

It is laminated by pressing plate machine with alkali-free glass cloth impregnated by epoxy resin and phenolic resin. Its heat-resistant is Class B(130℃) ,and it widely apply to transformer, motor, control box and so on with good dielectric properties, mechanical properties and wet resistant properties. We can also produce all kinds of insulating parts with epoxy phenolic glass cloth laminated sheet as customer’s requirement.

Epoxy glass cloth laminated sheet (G10 /FR4/ G11 )

The product is made of alkali-free glass cloth impregnated by epoxy resin by processing under heat and pressure. It has high dielectric and good mechanical properties. It is F class material.

G10 sheet exhibits extremely high mechanical strength at room temperature, good dielectric loss and electric strength properties under both dry and humid conditions. The product can be widely used as insulating structural parts for F class motors, apparatuses as well as electronic industry.

FR4 is like G10, But with certain flame retardant properties. It is suitable for the F grade electrical machinery and electrical equipment which is used for the flame retardant requirements.

G11 is like G10. It has high mechanical strength at high temperature. The product can be widely used as insulating structural parts for F class motors, apparatuses as well as electronic industry.
