6641  (DMD-F) Modified polyester film/polyester non-woven fiber flexible composite material

Characteristics: Temperature classification is F.

Application: High electrical and mechanical properties. Used as the slot insulation and insulation between phases for Y-2 series motor.

6641 DMD class f insulation paper is a three-layer flexible laminate insulating material consisting of polyester fiber non-woven fabric/polyester film/polyester fiber non-woven fabric. The used adhesive is F Class and acid-free and temperature resistant.

6641 F-DMD shows excellent electric insulating properties, heat resistance,mechanical strength and impregnated properties. It can be used in insulating slots, gaskets for electric machinery and interlayer insulation in transformers.
