EPGC204 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminate is suitable for use as insulation structural components in class F motors and electrical equipment where flame retardance is required.
Experimental methods: (1) Appearance: Evaluated by eyes. (2) Density: According to GB/T1033, the sample weight is 2-50g. (3) Long-term heat resistance: According to GB/TT11026.1. (4) Vertical combustibility: According to GB/T11020 implementation. (5) The remaining technical indicators are implemented according to GB/T5130.
Application Tips: (1) Laminate and metal have different properties. When machining, JB/Z141 must be used to avoid loss. (2) The thermal conductivity of laminates is small, so high machining speeds and small feed rates should be used for machining. (3) Laminates will produce dust and odors during processing, and necessary labor protection measures should be taken. (4) Laminates are easy to absorb moisture after processing, and it is better to do insulation treatment.
Note: (1) The product is damp during storage and mechanical processing and should be baked at a lower temperature. (2) The storage period of the product is one year, exceeding the storage period, and it can still be used after passing inspection.
